On Saturday, the Lady Rangers hosted South Spencer for a PAC contest. This was the first varsity fixture in 10 days for the Lady Rangers and the home side showed a bit of rust. Despite asking questions early and often of the Lady Rebel back line, the home side was unable to break through until the 12' when senior Kate Pund played a ball to fellow senior Riley Hinson for the first goal. Despite 22 shots in the in first period, the scored remained 1-0 going into the break. After the half, the Lady Rangers had 17 more shots, but were unable to beat the keeper until the 76' when Paige Memmer collected a set piece from freshman Maddy King and was able to get the insurance goal.
