The Forest Park Rangers boy's soccer team will officially open the 2026 season this Saturday, August 15, at 12:00 p.m. when they host PAC opponent Mount Vernon. The Rangers enter the season with plenty of excitement and high expectations, coming in ranked No. 12 in the Class 1A state poll. After weeks of summer conditioning, preseason preparation, and fitness testing, the team is ready to put its work to the test when the regular season begins. Saturday’s matchup will provide an early challenge for the Rangers against a familiar PAC opponent. The season opener will take place at Forest Park High School on the Best Home Furnishings Turf Field. The Rangers are ready to get the 2026 campaign underway.
